August Weekend Market Details

It is my favorite time of the month, Pop-Up Raleigh market week! I mean, my schedule is packed with lots of tiny details and tons of social media work, but getting to scroll through artisan pictures and see what vintage collections are coming to Trophy is a feast for the eyes. I am a visual artist, so pictures (and coffee) keep me excited about another great market weekend. As the weather starts to cool and the holiday shopping season heats up, I will be adding a few additional shopping opportunities to the Pop-Up Raleigh schedule. This is a decision I made to offer as much selling space to local artisans as possible for 2021. Currently, we have a mini market at State of Beer on First Friday evenings, 5-9pm. Their patio is a great place to shop local, while enjoying delicious food and a beverage from the bottle shop. The Hopscotch Music Festival is coming back to Moore Square and City Plaza September 9-11, 2021. Pop-Up Raleigh is curating a local artisan market in and around the Moore Square Park stage Friday, September 10th, 4-10pm and Saturday, September 11th, 1-10pm. More details about who is participating will be posted soon. The application is now CLOSED. The Pop-Up Raleigh November & December holiday market application is online now. HERE is the link for ALL current applications.

MOSAIC at Chatham Park (Pittsboro, NC) has partnered with Pop-Up Raleigh and our friends at The MAKRS Society to add a couple artisan markets to the Parade of Homes celebration in the Chatham Park residential development. Pop-Up Raleigh is curating the Saturday, October 9th market. (The MAKRS Society has a separate application for the October 2nd market.) These events will have live music, food trucks, local breweries, community support and tons of home buyers looking for the best local businesses to support. More information about the October 9th market can be found on the application. This event has NO application fee and if accepted, a vendor fee of $60 for 10’x10′ outside space will be due by September 15, 2021. This month we are raising awareness and money for Koda’s bone marrow transplant. This sweet puppy will be at both markets, Saturday & Sunday, 12-1pm for a meet and greet. We will be accepting cash donations at the Pop-Up Raleigh welcome table throughout the entire weekend. 100% of all donations will go towards Koda’s medical treatment and cure. More information and a GoFundMe page makes donating easy from anywhere! Please join us in cheering Koda along by supporting and sharing his Instagram page @koda_fights_cancer with friends.

See you Saturday & Sunday, 12-5pm, at Trophy on Maywood.
