what are you doing Saturday morning?

This early-Spring weather has us all in a tizzy here at Pop-Up Central. Sweater? Flip-flops? Scarves? Tank top? All the gloves at the same time? We can’t wait to burst out this Saturday at Trophy on Maywood.

Our food trucks this Saturday are The Wandering Moose and Buddahlicious. The Moose serves the best in smoked meat, incredible mac-n-cheese and a spicy slaw, The slaw is not on the menu by itself, but trust us, you can order it that way. Bo’s Kitchen will finish up the day with their delicious Korean street food. Yes, We recommend the Bulgogi Rice. Remember, the Winter Market hours are 12-6, so you can technically eat TWO meals here.

Of course, we’ll have coffee from Larry’s, which helps us keep our caffeine level at the appropriate hyper setting. Trust us, we need that jolt. They’ll be inside near our pop-corn table, so grab a cup when you arrive.
